Reduce your Cholesterol in a month
1. cut down on all animal products including fish. If the only animal product you consume is fish, reduce it to at least half of your current consumption. Also no eggs, dairy (especially cheese).
2. Limit simple carbs (white rice, white pasta, regular bread)
Instead buy sprouted bread, sprouted pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes (instead of white potatoes) Also steal cut oats is excellent for breakfast
3. avoid excess oil-no fried foods. When cooking use vegetable broth instead of oil.
4. Remember the new four food groups (fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans)
5. When going to a plant based diet supplement your vitamin B12.
With this you should see no less than a 20 percent reduction in cholesterol within a month or two. Also, besides cholesterol reduction you will also reduce your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
